THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Crimson Restaurant Review:
Southern favorites go Asian-Fusion at this Warehouse District destination---and the result is more cohesive than you might think. The menu is still divided, though diners can choose to be Naughty or Nice. Naughty is more fun, of course: it denotes spicier, richer, more decadent dishes such as butter-broiled rib-eye with garlic-blue cheese mashed potatoes for dinner; dripping 5-napkin barbecue sandwiches at lunch; and a bananas Foster daiquiri after work. Many of the Asian-influenced dishes, such as the fiery Asian noodles tossed with black tiger shrimp and Oriental veggies, fall into the Nice category. Dishes such as the Thai jambalaya in a coconut milk base bridge the gap, not just between naughty and nice, but also between Far East and down South. The interesting wine list features bottles from all over the world.
