THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED De Stefano’s Restaurant Review:
Longtime Las Vegans remember De Stefano’s proprietor Bobby Capozzoli, a resident for more than three decades, as the original owner of the legendary Capozzoli’s and the late great Tower of Pizza. Dark wood, brick walls and floors, ceiling fans and faux trees with tivoli lights dress up his restaurant, a cozy place featuring appealing Italian cuisine. Background music typically showcasing crooners such as Sinatra enhance the romantic ambience. Live entertainment includes jazz, piano players or singers. Homemade Italian bread and soup or salad precede the entrées, which are created from original Capozzoli recipes. We like the bruschetta, pizzas, linguine with shrimp and scallops sautéed in a light garlic and oil sauce, the array of chicken dishes and the seared rib-eye. For dessert, don’t miss the tiramisu.
