Diablo’s Cantina, a south-of-the-border concept at The Mirage, serves signature dishes and libations including tostadas with shredded beef or chicken; tacos with choices of carne asada marinated steak, citrus adobo-marinated grilled chicken thigh and slow-roasted pork carnitas; churro funnel cake à la mode with cinnamon ice cream, strawberry marmalade and Nutella; and The Vixen Margarita with blanco tequila, fresh-squeezed lime juice, hibiscus and mint. Unique to The Mirage outpost is a guacamole bar offering a variety of guacamole styles with varying spices.
