The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s fourth-floor restaurant, The Dining Room at The Met, once open to members only, expanded to include vegetable-focused food from chef John Fraser (Nix, The Loyal) available to the public. The seasonal menu features chanterelle polenta with acorn squash fricassée and steamed bass with pickled hon shimeji mushrooms. Signature dishes range from grilled octopus to spiced duck.
