Chef-owner Kyle Nicholson creates Northwest cuisine with local products at this casual restaurant on San Juan Island. Dishes have included Brussels sprouts, hazelnut dust and lemon aïoli; seared daily catch; and roast duck breast paired with beets, cucumber-apple salad and a saké reduction.
