Two beautifully carved life-size eagles guard the entrance to this easy all-day-long restaurant and bar with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Telluride’s charming main drag. Chef Sergio Verduzco served American bistro cuisine with Southwestern and Mexican accents so authentic, you’d better drink the beer, not the water, he jokes. Feast on fresh fish, zesty pastas, brick oven pizzas, black Angus beef, live Maine lobster and daily specials. You’ll find a nice buzz here during happy hour and extensive kids’ menu and vegetarian-friendly entrées.
