The Egg Works Restaurant Review:
Successful with The Egg & I, Brad Burdsall opened his own equally embraced eatery, dividing his time between the two. This spacious, cheerful restaurant in the far west side of town affords a view of the nearby mountains. Six flat-screen TVs accommodate news junkies in the morning and sports enthusiasts in the afternoon. All the popular Egg & I dishes are featured here. Accompanied by "habla diablo" seasoned potatoes, the spinach Benny --- an English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, fresh spinach, two poached eggs and hollandaise --- is not to be missed. Egg Works specials include a six-ounce charbroiled New York steak with eggs. Try the Cincy chili selections and Mexican specialties, or the charbroiled burgers, such as the bacon cheeseburger with two slices of honey-cured bacon. Extensive choices of crêpes, omelets, french toast, scrambles, pancakes, waffles, soups, salads and sandwiches are also offered. Save room for the bread pudding topped with bourbon sauce.
