Sleek space and fine cooking with an Italian-style apéritif featuring freshly prepared specialties served in mini-portions.

Emporio Armani Caffe Restaurant Review:
Massimo Mori, manager of one of the best, most fashionable Italian restaurants in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, innovates with an Italian-style apéritif. Somewhere between a tapas bar and happy hour, the concept involves a cocktail and several Italian specialties, prepared fresh and served in mini-portions: risotto mantecato (creamy risotto with squid ink); grilled vegetables; and thinly-sliced charcuterie. An excellent pre-cinema snack. Consider as well the fine tagliatelles with artichokes and Pecorino Romano.
