Epicure 108 Restaurant Review:
A quiet restaurant with a pastel interior (in need, we think, of a brush-up) where chef Tetsu Goya presents hearty Alsatian-style dishes. The set menu brings a salad of quail and foie gras, fish simmered with sauerkraut, and chocolate puffs with pear marmalade. Nice little cellar, with some fine Rieslings.
