Posters of John Lennon, The Doors, Bob Dylan and others set the stage for live musical entertainment. Despite the emphasis on music, the menu of American fare holds its own. The lobster potpie, an innovative twist on the traditional chicken version, is creamy and hearty while the whipped potatoes and apricot-apple cream add a touch of tart and sweetness to the apricot-and-apple-stuffed pork loin, a country kitchen dish.
