Whatever the mood, there's a wine by the glass, flight or bottle to fit any desire before, during and after dinner at Fleming's. Accompany the wine selection with one of the preset three-course specials or the expertly seasoned Prime filet mignon. Gulf shrimp and scallops prepared scampi style over squash vermicelli is a small plate choice, and budget-minded diners will find that the bar fare is one of the best deals in town. Dessert options are classic, as in crème brûlée and chocolate lava cake.
