Fred's Italian Corner Restaurant Review:
This neighborhood Italian-American spot has been around since 1983, presenting a fairly lengthy menu of classic pastas, pizzas and risottos. There are also several grilled items, including seafood and chicken. Osso buco is every bit as tender as it should be, and paired with garlic-studded mashed potatoes. The family-friendly eatery has a special kids’ menu, too. While Fred’s doesn’t serve alcohol, you can BYOB for a corkage fee, maybe something to complement desserts such as the chocolate lovers dome that incorporates three types of chocolate.
