The Fulton Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: The Fulton at Pier 17 is the first seafood-focused restaurant from chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (Jean-Georges, JoJo, The Mark, etc.). The waterfront restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating with views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Nautical touches are abundant, including light fixtures that resemble buoys and handpainted murals by artists Chandler Noah and Diego Castaño of En Viu.

Food & Drinks: The menu highlights wild-caught seafood from the East Coast. Options might range from spicy Manhattan clam chowder to king crab and spring pea risotto to whole black sea bass baked in a pastry crust.
