THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Garcia's Mexican Restaurant Restaurant Review:
Try the roasted vegetable version of sizzling Mexican fajitas, a spicy mix of red and green peppers, zucchini and yellow squash on a bed of caramelized onions. This really hits the spot. But, if you like, you can have yours topped with a choice of steak, chicken, shrimp or a combination thereof. And that isn't all. On the side, you'll get guacamole, pico de gallo, and toppings of cheeses and sour cream. Also included, of course, are the classic sides, Spanish rice and refried beans served with warm flour tortillas. Sonoran-type salsas are made fresh daily. Another option is to start with a shareable-sized El Grande fiesta platter and be so content you could go straight to the dessert. The café mocha mud pie is layered fudge cake and mocha cream with a nutty chocolate icing on a chocolate cookie crust, with mocha butter cream and drizzles of more chocolate. Absolutely irresistible.
