Grace’s contemporary cuisine takes in lighter fare, including vegetarian and vegan items. The sunchoke chowder and white bean salad are both refreshing and filling, while the halibut cheek ravioli and grilled quail are worth the indulgence. There’s also a wide selection of locally-sourced meat and fish options, served with cleverly prepared vegetable sides. Most dishes are enhanced with fresh herbs and spices grown on the premises, in adherence with the place’s self-described identity as a modern farmhouse. The restaurant displays memorabilia from days of yore amid the otherwise simplistic décor. Ancho chili ice cream and chocolate chip cookies make a good finish. An extensive wine list complements the cooking.
