Come to this vast, well-appointed Embarcadero Center restaurant, the first American outpost of the Hong Kong-based Harbor View Group, for the most elegant dim sum lunch in the city. Perfectly composed in bamboo steamers, the pristine dumplings, pork-stuffed tofu and nor mi gai (chicken-studded rice in lotus leaves) lead a superior lineup of always fresh offerings. At night, the teak and rosewood interior, and the linen, crystal and china table settings, promise attentive service and consistently good food. Everything we've tried has been delicious, but we especially recommend squab, duck, catfish, rock cod and crab netted from aquariums on the premises.
