India's Castle Restaurant Review:
Snug, serene and embellished with billowy fabrics, tapestry curtains and old-world elegance, this oasis of Indian cuisine beckons with its assertively spiced and intricately flavored curries and tandoori preparations. It also offers attentive service and a surprisingly exhaustive wine roster that delves far beyond Chardonnay and Cabernet. Here you can choose from a large selection of Gewürztraminers and Rieslings. The beer list is equally impressive, parading a slew of bottled brews from India and beyond. The menu is vast and varied, and while it includes the usual suspects---chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, samosas, lamb vindaloo, hot buttered naan studded with garlic and cilantro, and creamy vegetable korma---the kitchen prepares each dish with passion, which makes this one of the most satisfying Indian food emporiums in Denver.
