Former Waikiki entertainer Iva Kinimaka is bringing new life to the Hawaiian food scene. This particular location is in a noisy bowling alley, we go anyway for the food. Great Hawaiian food, including the Raw Deal: lomilomi salmon, lomi aku, opihi and fresh seaweed. Also great Kalua pig and squid lü’au (which in the Hawaiian tradition is actually made with octopus. This is the real stuff, not what you’d get a tourist lü’au.
