Upper East Side meets cowboy-rustic at this burger joint, popular with teenagers and kids, who love to dig into a griddle-fried seven-ounce burger mounded messily on a bun (then again, who doesn’t?). These behemoths are prepared in any of 27 ways---topped with various cheeses, mushrooms, onions, bacon and so on. Sandwiches, salads and breakfast also are available as well as south-of-the-border favorites like nachos and fajitas.
