In business since 1965, Joe's Cable Car has a big sign on its roof that guides you to the eatery, and when you enter it, you'll see drawings of Joe's step-by-step process of cutting and trimming tasty chuck beef, then hand-grinding it for his juicy burgers. The burgers come in three weights (four, six and eight ounce patties) to accommodate the hungry to the super hungry diner.
