Jones Restaurant Review:

Comfort food dominates the menu at Jones, a handsome, rough stone and warm wood trip back to the ’70s in a setting reminiscent of The Brady Bunch. Settle in by the fireplace for some macaroni and cheese, fried chicken and waffles, and beef brisket, or keep it simple with grilled cheese and tomato soup. It's open all day, so whenever the mood strikes, you can run in and try the meatloaf followed by Duncan Hines chocolate layer cake with a glass of milk, or double-crust apple pie with caramel sauce. More contemporary fare is available as well, like the beef kebabs and sesame seared tuna over coconut rice. You can even take it home --- just be sure to phone ahead for take-out. Expect crowds and plenty of noise; quiet conversation doesn't happen here.
