Kalahari's décor and hip atmosphere complement the eclectic something-for-everyone-menu (fresh fish, lamb, steaks and chicken). Many dishes feature the flavors of South Africa: babotie, an aromatic, shepherd's pie-style dish; peri-peri shrimp sautéed East African-style; and Kalahari lamb kebob slow-roasted with Dijon mustard and fresh herbs.
