Kim Anh Restaurant Review:
Exclusively Vietnamese restaurants are very rare in Paris. Nguyen Hung, a former Saigon businessman, is in the dining room while his wife, Kim Anh, performs in the kitchen. She is a magician who sends thoroughly chosen and well executed dishes cooked to order. While rustic, their cuisine keeps precious flavors and features herbs and green vegetables. Mint is present, and coriander, even more. We recommend the fried ravioli, the enormous and delicious steamed sea snails of Vietnam, and the stuffed crabs (only female because they contain more coral). You should also not miss the crispy shrimp and curry sauce served with saffron rice with Vietnamese basil. The cuisine is delicate, the price reasonable and the service is full of charm.
