This tiki-themed venue runs a lot of specials, so it's worth checking the website for the latest before heading out. House cocktails are mostly rum-based and sweet, fruity and colorful. A flaming pupu platter is still served, perfect for sharing. The Ranch’s poke is a mouthful of savory raw tuna, salty seaweed, ginger and sweet soy; sesame seeds add texture. The signature skirt steak is a tender grilled cut, marinated with citrus and soy; accompanying coconut rice bursts with flavor. For dessert, try the Key lime pie, quite creamy but not too tart. Portions are generous and service is efficient and friendly.
