This hip, urban tapas spot attracts young professionals and others from the nearby financial district. Start with a Mango Saketini, B52 Espressotini or one of the international wines from the extensive list. Executive chef Bernadette Calpito serves Hawaiian garlic lobster in the shell from her grandmother’s recipe. The signature mushroom orecchiette has been on the menu since the restaurant opened, and the aroma of truffle oil fills the air every time one is served in an overflowing onion soup bowl. Calpito makes all her own sauces and condiments; for example, the tuna carpaccio salad is served with homemade wasabi mayo and fresh greens. Finish your meal with the lemon grass crème brûlée with espresso ice cream.
