THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED La Bibliotheque Restaurant Review:
If you are a book lover, you'll adore La Bibliothèque, and even if you're not, the food itself is more than enough of a wondrous page-turner. The restaurant's name means the library in French and it, in fact, houses more than 4,000 books from the 1800s forward. Dover sole and rack of lamb are always popular. Other appealing choices include a starter of roasted quail stuffed with Bermuda onion, Virginia ham and mushrooms with Champagne-butter sauce; pan-seared Norwegian salmon cakes with shiitake mushroom sauce; and a grilled marinated rib-eye steak in a sauce of fresh rosemary, garlic, soy sauce and house bourbon.
