In the long dining room, equipped with three communal tables, chef and restaurant owner Christian Etchebest serves reasonably priced cuisine inspired by the southwest region of France. The specialties are white beans and confit gizzards salad, grilled pork ears dressed with a green salad, and barely fried scallops accompanied by a "sauce vierge" (made with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes and chopped basil). On Sundays, don't miss the tender, juicy chicken served with big, crispy french fries. And if you are still ready to indulge after that, opt for the Pyrénées cheese with black cherry marmalade and finish with the chocolate mousse. Menu €32.
