La Mère Poulard Restaurant Review:
It may be the best omelette in the world, and it may well be the most expensive one. The chef admirably prepares other regional dishes, as well, like salt meadow lamb and Chatel tripe sausage. If you don't like touristy places, you should definitely go someplace else. The small cellar is reasonably priced. Smiling welcome in the huge stone-walled dining room with a warm ambience.
