The Lab Gastropub Restaurant Review:
The Lab Gastropub, a stylish, science-themed spot at USC, showcases 40 artisanal beers --- the draft beer in glass beakers, no less --- accompanied by food from chef Joe Ledesma. Menu items may include sriracha shrimp on a stick, a portobello sandwich, “Butcher” steak and fries, beer-battered fish ‘n’ chips, and The Lab waffle for dessert.
