This wonderfully serene site with its partially rebuilt cloister served as a stopover for pilgrims in medieval times. The cellar gives guests a golden opportunity to discover Yonne wines (though none are available by the half-bottle). The positively poetic surroundings here are just right for a weekend of "R and R" or discovery.
