Lago by Julian Serrano, located in the former space of Circo at Bellagio, is the first Italian restaurant from chef Julian Serrano (Picasso, Julian Serrano). Floor-to-ceiling windows feature views of the Fountains of Bellagio. Sunday brunch (11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) is a three-course deal for $38, and includes baked pastries, choice of antipasti, entrée and dessert.
