THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Latin Quarter Restaurant Review:
Fun for a rowdy date night, Latin Quarter is an immersion into the style and culture of Latin America. The kitchen serves Nuevo Latino creations from twenty-plus Latin nations of Central America, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Though we've not been overly impressed with the food, the dining experience is quite enjoyable, with noisy salsa, merengue and mariachi bands, the spicy LQ Dancers and Latin American art displayed throughout the restaurant. You can order the appetizers and make a meal of the little plates of empanadas, quesadillas, taquitos and more. Or, try the classics like ropa vieja or chicken and rice. Guacamole, made tableside, is pricey but worth it. Then get ready for an impromptu salsa lesson---they often pull willing partners onto the dance floor.
