Le Baudelaire Restaurant Review:

Located in the luxury hotel Le Burgundy just off the Madeleine Church, Le Baudelaire features a comfortable dining room with an idyllic patio. The kitchen utilizes topnotch products in accordance with the seasons. In the winter, expect to find black truffles and scallops on the menu, and during springtime, squid, morel mushrooms and red mullet. Dishes have included a starter of duck foie gras perfumed with grapefruit and pomelo and served in a wine sauce. Bresse chicken is roasted and sided by macaroni au gratin, chanterelles and slivers of black truffle. For dessert, choose from the creations of Julien Chamblas, which might highlight strawberry or Guanaja chocolate. The wine list is appealing, with a great selection of Champagnes and Burgundies.
