THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Le Bistro Restaurant Review:
Le Bistro has been a fixture on the Fallbrook dining scene for more than 20 years. The restaurant has entered a new stage since Steve and Colleen Aichle took over ownership from Robert Penkava. Original works of art, which are also available for purchase, decorate the walls of the intimate upstairs space. Appetizers include bruschetta, beef carpaccio and shrimp cocktail, while entrées range from pork Normandy (seared tenderloin with braised apple in brandy cream sauce) to cioppino to grilled filet mignon with a Port wine reduction.
