Le Boudoir Restaurant Review:
Arnaud Nicolas has succeeded Alice Bardet in this brasserie. The space is divided into two stories; on the ground level, the dining room features a tile floor dating back to the thirties, a metal bar and some pieces from artists. On the first level, there are three rooms, "Marie-Antoinette," "Les Palmes" and a "smoking room," including exclusive compartments where puros can be stored. Snacks are served during the afternoon. À la carte, you can enjoy grilled foie gras with acid port-wine juice, followed by a Châteaubriand served with sauce poivrade and a chestnut purée, and you can end with a rum baba drenched in vanilla cream from Madagascar. A few wines are available by the glass.
