THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Le Cristal de Sel Restaurant Review:
Situated on the left bank of the Seine river lies the quaint, contemporary bistro, Le Cristal de Sel, where you’ll enjoy the cooking of culinary duo Karil Lopez and Damien Crépu. Former right-hand man to Eric Fréchon of Le Bristol, Lopez offers simple, classic cuisine, highlighting the quality and taste of fresh ingredients. The dinner menu, presented on chalkboards, features authentic French flavors with Ramon Pena sardines, rib of beef, veal Carpaccio and mouth-watering desserts like rhubarb crumble and a lime parfait glacé with pineapple lemon sauce. For lunch, the restaurant offers three fixed-price menus. You’ll choose from a variety of well-seasoned dishes like a tomato and pistou tart or Andalusia gazpacho. And, as you wait for your meal, make sure to glance over at your dishes being prepared in the restaurant’s kitchen, visible to diners.
