Le George Restaurant Review:
Overseen by chef Christian Le Squer, Le George is the third restaurant of Four Seasons Hôtel George V Paris, after Le Cinq and La Galerie. It benefits from a sumptuous décor by Pierre-Yves Rochon, in soothing white tones, and from the sleek Mediterranean fare of chef Simone Zanoni. Served in small portions to be shared are semi-cooked red tuna with black truffle slivers, spider crab, fried scallops with Jerusalem artichokes and chestnuts, pan-fried sea bass with iodic juice, and salt-crusted chicken. Finish the meal with tiramisu or a roasted exotic fruits crumble. The food, along with topnotch Italian wines, is suggested by finely dressed waiters.
