Le Jardin des Remparts Restaurant Review:
Created in 1990 in an old house that sold wines, this garden installed (a beautiful space with teak furniture, old ground paved and contemporary water level and where the meals are been used for the beautiful days) near the ramparts remains one of the best businesses in the area with nice prices (difficult to exceed €70 à la carte) and a kitchen which, under the step of tradition, hides a lot of personality and modernity: charolais tartare and Gillardeau oysters, catfish, sardines, cucumbers and caviar avruga, piglet back with crystallized spices and jus au thé. The desserts are very noble (pears caramelized with morel mushrooms and vermouth ice cream), and the cellar is almost exclusively Burgundian.
