Mediterranean flavors dominate the menu at Le Louis XV, a restaurant by Alain Ducasse in the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. The food is not the whole show at the Louis XV, of course: there's the extravagant, theatrical dining room setting that is bathed in light and swathed in gold, the impressively orchestrated service, and the 400,000-bottle cellar.
