This bewitching mas with its understated luxury affording one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Luberon offers up culinary delights by chef Benoît Vidal. Using regional ingredients, Vidal creates dishes like arabica gelatin and cacao feuille on duck foie gras, rock mullet and ram ham in mosaïque, and citrus fruit Alpilles lamb curry. The dire beauty of the view, the frills and the fineries, along with the knowledgeably-selected cellar, all add to the ambiance.
