Élisabeth Bourgeois handles sun-gorged ingredients with a skilled, inventive touch. Try wise, sunny dishes like Italian melon with Buffalo mozzarella and basil, Hereford sirloin grilled with béarnaise, veal kidney glazed with acacia honey, new onion beignets, and polenta galette. To complement her menu, the cellar provides an attractive selection of local wines. Quick light lunches are served at Le Petit Comptoir, in a light-hearted bistro setting.
