Le Petit Retro Restaurant Review:
Founded in 1904, this brasserie boasts a genuine Belle Epoque décor. Dating back to the Art Deco period, the tile floor, woodwork, floral paintings and ceiling lights indisputably seduce the eye. Yet, it’s a shame that the cuisine doesn’t live up to this beautiful setting. Scrambled eggs are served with a dry bacon slice, and the imposing beef rib with Roquefort cheese sauce is sided by oily french fries. Well-stocked wine cellar with about 50 samples.
