This former cheap spot dedicated to tourists has been duly refurbished with a modern and striking décor. Several dining rooms spread over the place, including the bar just after the entrance. There you can sit at the counter and enjoy good value for your money with the lunch menu. Its content is determined by the chef, according to his mood and his catch at the market. Noam Gedalof, former stalwart of previous chef Antonin Bonnet, proposes scallops carpaccio with citrus fruits and fennel, sole with ratte potatoes and béarnaise sauce, and a tarte Tatin aromatized with sea salt caramel and accompanied with vanilla ice cream. Two dozen wines by the glass, including a 2010 red Palistorti di Valgiano, add to the appeal of the place.
