Le Sud Restaurant Review:
The late chef Paul Bocuse opened four brasseries, each named after one of the cardinal directions. This one is located in recess off of the Place Bellecour and offers the cuisine of the South. Try the fishermen's-style bouillabaisse or the Bresse chicken tajine with lemon confit. The wines and meals are both affordable.
