THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Lebanese Kitchen Restaurant Review:
This handsome dining room in the heart of a vibrant commercial Pasadena neighborhood serves up some very respectable Lebanese and Armenian fare. The hummus is first-rate, and it comes with most of the well-priced entrées, along with a chopped tabbouleh salad, rice pilaf and pita bread. Other starters include barbecued quail, falafel and football-shaped kofta (meatballs with onions and pine nuts, deep-fried). We also recommend the kebabs, cooked over an open flame, which have a charred exterior but are moist and juicy on the inside (and accompanied by potent garlic sauce). With linen-topped tables and tourism posters lining the walls, the space is soothing and pleasant.
