On weekend nights, you can find this place by the line out the door. The diners pile in presumably for the tequilas, which total more than a hundred. Any of the burritos are worth ordering, as are the specials. The appetizers-such as the Southwestern gravlax with lime and onions, the poblano chiles on a flour tortilla or the Gulf Coast cocktail with poached shrimp and scallops in a spicy broth-are more tantalizing than the entrées.
