Lemonia Restaurant Review:
Drawing a mixed clientele of locals and loyal diners from outside the “village” of Primrose Hill, Lemonia never fails to deliver the goods. First, the décor welcomes---a large room with a greenery-filled conservatory area, and bench seating around the outside. More trailing plants cover walls and the floors are of warm red terra-cotta tiles. The food, too, is a cut above the usual taverna, with creamy taramasalata, nutty Greek salad, and fresh calamari. Kebabs are well cooked, and sheftalies a delight. If you're undecided, the meze at £18.50 per person (minimum 2) is a good option. With friendly service, this buzzing restaurant is a well-established delight and you must book at weekends and popular times. Set Mon.-Fri. lunch 2 courses £9, 3 courses £10.50.
