The dining room of this venerable restaurant has been modernized, and there are many tasty à la carte choices. Try house specialties like the blue lobster served on a coconut fricassée, wild mushrooms with shellfish au jus and fresh almonds, cod roast in its skin, sweet cod croustillant with chorizo, spit-roasted pigeon, bulgur with dates and lemon confit, raspberry macaronnade, and a glass of poached raspberries. Plentiful wine and Champagne list.
