You will know you are on vacation as soon as you take a seat on the terrace looking out on greenery and flowers, or in the salmon-hued dining room with its elegant white-painted furniture and nineteenth-century landscapes. The intelligent, very good cuisine of Frédéric Bizat shows its Provençal origins without neglecting regional ingredients, such as the whole foie gras en cocotte with pears and spices. Good cellar with affordable offerings. Lovely welcome.
