L'Etoile Restaurant Review:
Sourcing much of the menu from the Dane County Farmers Market and regional farms, chefs Tory and Traci Miller (a brother-sister team) enjoy incorporating finds into items like MacFarlane pan-roasted pheasant with Blue Moon escarole, or dry-aged Fountain Prairie Farm beef with West Star Farm roasted garlic and bone-marrow mashed potatoes. The dessert menu is full of highlights, perhaps strawberry and ginger crème fraîche sorbet or chocolate and raspberry wontons rolled in raspberry-vanilla sugar.
